In 2022, Rescue opened the Vermont EMS Academy (VEMSA) in Newfane, VT. The purpose of this academy is to provide better access to Vermonters and beyond to EMS and other health education. This education is provided by experienced educators, high-fidelity simulators, in a state-of-the-art learning facility.

VEMSA is a CAPCE accredited learning institution and is an official Pearson View Test Center for EMS testing! All of our American Heart Association (AHA) CPR/AED and First Aid courses are now conducted through VEMSA.
