Member town trustee positions are composed of individuals appointed by the respective selectboard to fill a vacancy for their town on the Board of Trustees. Vacancies are the responsibility of the corresponding selectboard of a member town to fill. These positions serve for one year at a time.

These at large and membership representative trustee positions are voted on at the Rescue Inc Annual Meeting of membership. The at large Trustees are elected for a three year term and membership reps are elected annually. Vacancies are filled as able at the Annual Meeting.
